We work really hard to roast coffee that's easily brewable - it shouldn't be difficult to make the coffee taste good. Still, one of the things we love about coffee is that brewing is a practice (per Rule #6). If you're looking for advice or input, or want help finding a recipe that works for your equipment, we'd love to help.
