Mispronounced "S"+"P" , espy means to catch a glimpse. Sam and Peter started roasting under the name espy in 2019, shipping orders from Anthology Coffee's Eastern Market roastery in Detroit. We now also roast the coffees served at Espy Cafe in Ann Arbor!
